Belzona Rocky Mountain, Inc. Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Belzona Rocky Mountain, Inc. (BRM) issued Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.

To obtain an RMA number, contact your Belzona Rocky Mountain Technical Consultant or the Belzona Rocky Mountain, Inc. Office at 307-266-3644 or office@belzonarockymountain.com. PLEASE make sure the material meets the criteria listed below before requesting an RMA number to avoid unnecessary shipping expenses to the customer.

  • No returns will be considered for special order items without the expressed written consent of BRM Management.
  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Each RMA can be associated with only (1) BRM invoice number.
  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods to be considered for a refund.
  • RMAs requested after 30 days, but no more than 90 days after receipt of goods, are eligible for consideration of an in-house credit. No RMAs will be issued after 90 days from the date of delivery without the expressed written consent of BRM Management.
  • If you have ordered a full case of material, but return part of it, you may be rebilled at single unit pricing.
  • Only items that have an approved RMA number must be shipped via ground UPS, FedEx or other LTL common carrier at the expense of the customer within 7 calendar days to:

  • The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the returned package.
  • Returned items will be inspected for the following:
    • Items must be returned unused, in clean and resalable condition and in the original packaging. Examples of unacceptable conditions may include but are not limited to:
      • Leaking packaging.
      • Damaged packaging (dented cans, broken buckets or tubs).
      • Removed lids.
      • Improper storage (frozen/overheated, etc.).
    • At least 50% of the shelf life is remaining on the product.
    • All components have been returned together (base/solidifier if applicable).
  • After the subject materials are inspected, a written notification of the inspection results will be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods to the Casper, WY warehouse.
  • Provided the returned material is in acceptable condition, the refund or credit will be issued within 3 business days. If the material is deemed unacceptable for restocking, it will be returned to the customer or dealt with otherwise at the customer’s expense.
