This concrete water settling tank was suffering from water penetration into the concrete. The entire was blast-cleaned.

It was then covered with Belzona 3111 Flexible Membrane, which offers a surface that is rain- and waterproof, but breathable to water vapors.

The seal on this metal roof had begun to leak.

The old material was stripped away, and the surface was prapared.

Belzona 3111 was used to seal the seam. The product can be used on virtually any roof surface .

The HVAC here ducts were in a bare condition. The old insulation had been penetrated by water, and was literally falling off.

A closed-cell foam board was applied and fastened into place for insulation.

Two coats of Belzona 3111 were applied to seal the insulation from water to prevent under-lagging corrosion.

The joints on this air vent were sealed with Belzona 3121 MR-7.

As were the joints on this hatch.

This joint was sealed using Belzona 3121.

Belzona 3121 MR-7 provides a watertight seal between the building and the concrete.
